The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with BOXO USA, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Residents of Rhode Island, U.S. territories, and locations outside the eligible states and District of Columbia are not eligible.

Owners, employees, officers, representatives, and agents of Digits Workwear, LLC, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is open to individuals only. Business entities are not eligible.

All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on December 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Giveaway Period").

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

The Sponsor's electronic records will serve as the official timekeeping system for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Both methods provide the opportunity to obtain an unlimited number of eligible entries during the Giveaway Period.

METHOD A: ENTRY WITH ELIGIBLE PURCHASE

During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals who make qualifying purchases through https://digitsworkwear.com will automatically receive one (1) entry for every five dollars ($5.00 USD) spent on eligible paid products.

All paid products offered through the official Digits Workwear Shopify website qualify, including gloves, accessories, merchandise, and gift cards.

Entries are calculated based on the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts, excluding sales taxes, shipping charges, and free promotional products.

Gift card purchases qualify when purchased. Amounts paid through the subsequent redemption of gift card balances do not generate duplicate entries.

Only complete $5.00 increments count toward entries. Partial increments are not rounded up.

Examples:

• $25.00 purchase = 5 entries

• $50.00 purchase = 10 entries

• $75.00 purchase = 15 entries

• $100.00 purchase = 20 entries

• $150.00 purchase = 30 entries

Entries are calculated separately for each completed order. Unused partial-dollar increments cannot be combined across multiple orders.

There is no maximum number of eligible purchase entries per person during the Giveaway Period.

Only purchases placed directly through the official Digits Workwear website qualify. Purchases through Amazon, TikTok Shop, third-party retailers, and other marketplaces do not qualify.

The Sponsor may adjust or void entries associated with fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or returned orders before the drawing based on the final eligible purchase amount.

Purchases made outside the Giveaway Period do not qualify.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Eligible participants may obtain an equivalent number of entries for free using Method B below.

METHOD B: FREE ONLINE ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

Complete and submit the Digits Workwear BOXO Giveaway Free Entry Form during the Giveaway Period.

Each complete, eligible, and valid form submission earns one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of valid free-entry forms an eligible participant may submit during the Giveaway Period.

For example, an individual who wishes to obtain 20 entries without making a purchase may complete and submit the free-entry form 20 separate times.

Free entries have the same weight in the random drawing as purchase entries and provide the same opportunity to win.

No purchase, payment, marketing subscription, social media follow, comment, like, or share is required.

Each submission must be completed accurately by the individual entering. Automated submissions, bots, false identities, and fraudulent entry methods are prohibited.

All free entries must be received by December 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST.

5. Entry Limits and Conditions

There is no maximum number of eligible entries per person during the Giveaway Period.

Participants may enter through either or both entry methods.

Every valid entry, regardless of method, receives equal consideration in the random drawing.

No bonus-entry multipliers or preferential purchase-entry opportunities are offered.

Entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries in accordance with these Official Rules.

6. Prize Description

One (1) verified winner will receive the following prize package:

• Approximate Retail Value: $595.00

DIGITS WORKWEAR GLOVES

• One (1) box of RECON heavy-duty 8-mil disposable nitrile gloves containing 100 individual gloves

• Three (3) pairs of STEELGUARD PRO cut-resistant work gloves

• Three (3) pairs of LITEDUTY PRO work gloves

The winner may select the sizes of the included Digits Workwear gloves from available product sizes, subject to inventory availability. Individual pairs may be selected in different sizes.

All prize items are new and unused.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $687.98 USD

One (1) prize package will be awarded to one (1) verified winner.

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value if an advertised item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping to the winner's eligible U.S. delivery address.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize. The Sponsor will comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

No purchase, shipping payment, processing fee, or other payment is required to claim the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on December 4, 2026.

The drawing will include all eligible entries received through both entry methods during the Giveaway Period.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor will maintain records of eligible entries and the random drawing process and may verify eligibility before confirming the winner.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days following the initial notification.

The Sponsor may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify the potential winner's identity, age, residency, eligibility, and shipping information.

The potential winner may be required to complete legally required eligibility, tax, or prize-acceptance documentation.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, or fails to complete the required verification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

A participant is not considered the official winner until eligibility verification is complete.

The Sponsor will never require a purchase or payment to claim the prize.

9. Prize Delivery

Following winner verification, the Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize package to the verified winner's eligible U.S. shipping address.

The prize is expected to ship within ten (10) business days after verification is completed and the required delivery information and glove-size selections have been received.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

The Sponsor will communicate material delivery delays to the winner.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor's lawful decisions concerning Giveaway administration.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who attempt to manipulate the entry process, provide fraudulent information, interfere with the Giveaway, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

If early termination becomes necessary, the Sponsor will select a winner from eligible entries received before termination when reasonably possible and legally permitted.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries, technical interruptions, incorrect contact information, or failed transmissions except to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Entry into the Giveaway does not require participants to subscribe to marketing communications.

Participants may separately choose to receive promotional emails from Digits Workwear through an optional marketing-consent checkbox.

Declining marketing communications will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

The free-entry form may be administered through Google Forms, with information used for Giveaway administration in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable privacy disclosures.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google.

Following Digits Workwear, commenting on posts, liking posts, sharing content, or tagging friends does not generate additional Giveaway entries.

Official entries are accepted only through qualifying website purchases or the designated free-entry form.

13. Winner Announcement

Following winner verification, the Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence, subject to applicable law.

Individuals may request information identifying the confirmed winner by emailing orders@digitsworkwear.com within sixty (60) days following the drawing.
